Dr.V.Srinivasakumar is a Professor in the department of MBA at the School of Management, Sastra Deemed University, Thanjavur.  He has done his PhD in Commerce and Entrepreneurship from the National College, Trichy.  He has a rich and vast experience in teaching and has served various organisations at different levels.  His areas of interest are Financial Reporting Capital Restructuring Financial Performance Measrement System Volatility Clustering Model Project Budgeting.
