Dr.M. Meenalochani obtained her B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathidasan University. Her M.E. is from College of Engineering, Guindy and her specialization is Embedded Systems. She obtained her Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks. She is having a teaching experience of 15 years in Engineering Colleges. At present, she is working as Assistant Professor in School of Computing in SASTRA deemed to be University, Thirumalaisamudram, Thanjavur. Her areas of interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Embedded Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Evolutionary Computation, Internet of Things and Edge Computing. She has published six papers in in Science Citation indexed journals including IEEE, IET and Springer. She is a reviewer of IEEE transactions on Instrumentation and Measurements, IEEE Sensors journal, Springer Wireless Personal Communications and IET Science, Measurements and Technology. She is presently guiding UG and PG students in the area of Internet of Things and Industrial Internet of Things.
