Dr.R.Amudha is an Associate Professor in the School of Management at Sastra Deemed University, Thanjavur.  She holds a Ph D from Sastra and has extensive experience in financial and cost accounting.  Her PhD was on “Customer satisfaction with respect to Service Quality in Private Sector Bank”.  She has 35 years of teaching experience and has published numerous articles in SCOPUS indexed and other journals.
